Current Rebates

So, if you have recently had a new heating and cooling system installed, or are looking into doing it soon, you may have qualified, or will qualify for those WONDERFUL federal tax credits. Don’t forget to check with your tax preparer on how exactly to go about getting that credit, when it comes the time, if you qualified. Also, the utility rebates fluctuate quite a bit, if you hadn’t noticed, mostly because the company runs out of money, and then the rebates come back again- sometimes months or sometimes weeks later.

So, currently, as of December 15th 2009,  we have utility rebates of up to $350 plus our more stable tax credits of up to $1,500. Why not take advantage of the huge payback, before they change their minds…or the money is gone again! Hurry!!

This Winter we are running a special Trade-In Offer. You can trade-in your old furnace for up to $200 toward a new furnace installed.  $200! That’ll buy a nice gift for yourself… or a few gifts for some people you love. :) Give us a call or submit a request for a FREE estimate on an upgraded system, and get rid of that inefficient, energy-draining, loud, old furnace!!

Also, we are still able to offer you fabulous tax credits on a new system of up to $1,500! Yep, $1,500…PLUS up to $300 in utility rebates! That all adds up to a WHOPPING $2,000 in rebates and credits.  Now is the time!
